Infographic: Personal Learning Networks (PLNs)

In this infographic made in Canva, I illustrate the concept of a Personal Learning Network (PLN). PLNs are informal networks of information sources, information filters, and feedback loops individuals create to take charge of their personal and professional learning and development. I view them as having three parts: 1) information sources (where we get new information), 2) information filters (pre-existing knowledge that helps us determine the value of new information), and 3) feedback loops (when people add new content , etc. into the world after gathering information from various sources and filtering it through pre-existing knowledge).
